Black (plain) coffee with Unsweetend Almond Milk

Option 1:
2 poached eggs
3 Turkey Bacon (Jennie-O)
1 Slice of Whole Grains 100% Whole Wheat (BrownBerry)
Avocado (optional)

Option 2:
2 Kodiak Pankcakes (1 cup mix, 1/3 water, and cook on organic coconut oil)

Option 3:
1/2 cup of plain oats
1/2 cup fruit (your choice of fruit)


Option 1:
3 (5oz ea.) pieces of chicken breast (squeeze 1/2 lemon and season with Mrs. Dash and cook with coconut oil)
Romaine Lettuce
Fat free Italian Dressing (small amount)

Option 2:
5 oz Fat Free Cottage cheese
1 cup fruit of choice

2 (5oz each) Chicken Breat (prep just like lunch)
Romaine Lettuce
Fat Free Italian Dressing

Protein Shake

I like to chew on sugar free gum to get rid of my sugar cravings and I also got from my local grocery store “Liquid Stevia” to sweeten up my black coffee. I drink water all day long. No juices and nothing with sugar in it except whats in natural fruit and no salt as well, but I am aware that there is some to little sodium added to processed foods and thats as much sodium intake I get for the day. Also feel free to snack on nuts or anything healthy.
