1) HACK SQUAT (feet pointed inward and legs together): 3 sets of 45 sec hold + 45 reps at 50 lbs
2) SINGLE HAMSTRING CURLS: 3×20 at 20 lbs. 100 rep Leg Press Drop Set.
I started off with 270 lbs and got in 25 reps, dropped to 180 and got another 25 reps, then dropped to 95 lbs and got 50 reps.
3) Hamstring and glute killer superset 🔥🍑🔥 Seated hamstring curls + 3/4 Stiff legged deadlifts 💀 don’t come all the way up, so you keep the tension on the hamstrings.
4) Quad Extensions: 3 sets of 30 sec hold + 30 reps at 70 lbs
5) Seated Hamstring Curls: 3 sets of 25 sec hold + 25 reps at 120 lbs
6) Power Squat: 3 sets of 15 sec hold + 15 reps at 90 lbs.
7) Lying Hamstring Curls. 3 sets of 30 sec hold + 30 reps at 50 lbs
8) Sissy Squats: 3 sets of 25 sec hold + 25 reps
9) The Matrix (an exercise I totally made up 😂): 1 set of 20 sec hold + 20 sec of laughter.)
