Hey everybody! In this week’s do it with me weight-loss video I talk a little bit about what we’re going to have in this week’s meal plan and what I plan to do with my meal plans in the future. This week’s meal plan is about 1500 calories, for two people, six days, and costs between $50 – $80 depending on whether or not you decide to get coconut water or replace it with something like fruit. .
