Today I want to share with you all my favorite breakfast recipe for weight loss in breakfast.
Cookies Recipes for Weight Loss – How to Make Best Healthy Cookies for Weight Loss
1- Barley flour half cup
2. Rolled oats half cup
3. 2 mash banana
4. Half apple chop
5. Vanilla extract
7. Almonds, pumpkin seeds, flex seeds.
mix them together and make a dough.
Transfer it in tin and bake it in pre heated oven on 180 degree for 15 minutes
You can have these cookies in breakfast with half cup of low fat milk and rest diet will remain same after that If you want to eat chapati in lunch than you can have one multi grain chapati with any veggies.
This cookies is so delicious and tasty, you guys must try it out at your home.
