Hey ladies!! I constantly get asked about how to get bigger hips and how to fix hip dips. So I put together some exercises you can do to help fix that and help you build the surrounding muscles of the hip bone.

Here are the exercises mentioned in the video:
1. Peeing Dog
2. Clamshells
3. One-legged Glute Bridge
4. Side Lunges
5. Plie Squats w/ Sidekicks
6. Curtsy Squats
7. Standing Sidekicks

*Do anywhere between 3-5 Sets, 8-12 reps and about 60 secs of rest in between. 3-4 days a week*
